Raw Material Inspection
We carefully inspect all incoming steel materials to verify thickness, strength, and specification compliance before production begins. Only qualified materials are approved for manufacturing to ensure reliable structural performance and long-term durability.
Precision Manufacturing Control
During production, our experienced team monitors cutting, bending, forming, and welding processes to maintain dimensional accuracy and consistent product quality. Advanced machinery helps ensure stable production efficiency and precise fabrication results.
Welding Quality Inspection
All welding procedures are performed according to qualified manufacturing standards. Weld seams are inspected to ensure structural strength, connection reliability, and overall product safety for demanding infrastructure applications.
Surface Treatment & Corrosion Protection
Our steel poles undergo hot-dip galvanizing and optional powder coating treatments for long-term outdoor protection. We inspect coating thickness, surface finish, and galvanizing quality to ensure corrosion resistance and compliance with international standards.
Engineering Verification
We use advanced engineering software to simulate wind loads, equipment loads, stress, and deflection conditions. All designs are verified according to standards such as AASHTO LRFD and BS EN 40 before fabrication.
Final Product Inspection
Before shipment, every steel pole undergoes final inspections covering dimensions, straightness, flange alignment, surface quality, and overall workmanship to ensure full compliance with customer and project requirements.
